I want to take Math 2, Physics and might have to retake US history.
Has anybody here ever taken 3 in one day and done really well on all 3? is such a thing even possible?

I took two (Math II and Physics) and got 800, 740 on them. If there are three subjects you are really good at, it shouldn’t be hard to do well on all of them, even though it’ll take 3 hours.

I took 3 yesterday, and it was manageable

Try spacing them out if you can. Studying for three the weeks before is horrible. Are you going to be a senior?

I know someone who got three 800s on the three they took in one sitting.
(Crazy, considering it’s tough for me to even nail an 800 on one test…)
It’s do-able, I suppose.

Well I just took two in one sitting that I think I might’ve gotten 800 on, so I don’t see how one more would affect the score that much.

It really depends on the person and what tests they like. I mean if you’re doing math, lit, and bio or US, it should be fine b/c math and lit don’t require that much studying; it’s just logic and thinking. Bio and US would take a lot of time to memorize.

In your case, it should be ok if you’re decent enough at physics and US.

Hey there, MadDestiny! I took Chemistry, Math II and Literature in one sitting and got 800s on all three. I recommend taking all three at once if you don’t get test fatigue.

^Says the guy whose location says “Princeton” lol

I took three and got two 750s and a 720. While they aren’t perfect scores, I was happy with them, considering I was on the brink of insanity that weekend with all of the work I had to do.

Hey, I may live in Princeton, but that doesn’t mean I attend the university. I’m a junior in highschool.

I took math 2, lit and us on the same day. Got a 760, 800, 770, respectively, so yes it is possible! I didn’t think it was too bad but I was already studying for AP tests in similar subjects so that helped. Also, taking three subject tests is still shorter than the regular sat!

I took 2 and got 2 800s, then took my 3rd a year later. 2 is definitely doable, 3 should be if you prepared well. Just do what works for you.

Im probably taking 3 fall or next june ish sometime around there

thank you all for your replies. I will probably end up taking 3 in October, so I’ll make sure to prepare over summer.

Anyone else want to contribute?

@MadDestiny, what a lot of people do, take the subject tests that you’re best at. So you don’t have to prepare (except maybe a bit of review, if needed).

Math II, chem, and bio in one sitting; 800, 800, 750 respectively. So it’s possible to do well on all! :)

Definitely, if you really ARE well rounded in the subject. Chem, US History, and Lit in one sitting, 800, 790, and 750 respectively. I just retook Lit for a higher score, too.

I took three phy chem bio M. Got 800 800 750
so it’s possible

I took 2: USH and Chem.
USH I felt confidant enough to get over a 700 but not confidant enough to expect an 800 since I did no preparation for that except AP stuff which was about a month beforehand. Scored 740. After taking the test I felt confidant enough to continue on to the next subject and my mind wasn’t exploding like it usually does after AP exams when I concentrate way too hard for each question.

After taking Chem, a subject I didn’t prepare for very well plus add the fact that it was my weakest subject in school, I was sooooo glad to get out of that class. I eventually scored a 640 on it but planning to retake it October/November day while prepping during the summer.

So it all depends on how confidant you are in your knowledge of the subject. I’m planning to take Chem, Math II, and Lit October/November in one day and I plan to study well for all subjects so I can make it through relatively well ;)
