Has anyone transferred to Georgia State University with a "low" GPA? 2.5 - 2.75?

<p>By the time I want to transfer from my current university (which is also in Georgia), my GPA will be a 2.61. I know the minimum transfer GPA is 2.5, but that says nothing about my actual chances. I know there are also other factors that depend on it too like class availability, what major it is, etc. I would just like to know if anyone has actually transferred with anything in the 2.5 - 2.75 range.</p>

<p>Um I was accepted with a 3.0 transfer gpa but my gpa at the uni I was attending was around a 2.6. And I would have been an OOS so don’t be worried.</p>

<p>Did you get in??? I’m in the same boat except I’ve got a 2.8 at UGA and am wanting to transfer to State. I’ve heard of other people not being excepted with ‘lower’ gpa’s, but I’m not sure what to believe. Thanks.</p>
