<p>Is it any good and does it actually help you grasp more out of reading/improve wandering mind etc? Im considering going to one of the 2 upcoming sessions but only if it is any good.</p>
<p>it sucked lol. the only thing they teach you is to use your index finger and go from left to right under each line. it was not helpful and they kept pushing the fact that they want you to pay money for their “official” classes. like $500. ridiculous</p>
