<p>That's disturbing, he could have just shook his hand, kissed him on the forehead, or pat him on the head or something . . .</p>

<p>Or he forgot the crowd was there and only realized once he pulled up the kid's shirt that it'd look weird and perverted, so he kissed his stomach. Either way, it's still kinda freaky.</p>

<p>the man did it in front of hundreds of people. presidents have always kissed babies, and the fact that he called the boy "innocent" and compared him to a cute kitten just shows that he's affectionate. </p>

<p>Presidents have always kissed babies, but not on the stomach, which is in fact quite close to the genitals. Even a favorite uncle wouldn't do that (I'm alluding to avuncular).</p>

<p>my parents kissed me on the stomach as a child. it's not uncommon. i think bill cosby has a word for it, but i dont remember it, you could google it i suppose.</p>

<p>the fact that putin did it so nonchalantly shows that hes a bit naive, but not pedophilic. i hate how everyone tends to be titillated by the sexual side of things.</p>

<p>I still think that is kinda weird, yeah big deal your parents kissed you, But this wasn't his son!!! It was just a random kid on the street! I'd be scared to death if I were the kid! I think he should be more aware of what he is doing and definatly not do that in public... It might send the wrong message, even if that isn't what he intentionally ment!</p>
