There's a decisions thread (with stats, postmark dates, etc) on the USC board but not for the UCLA board. I've searched for one but no luck.

If not, can someone tell me when people first started hearing of decisions? I heard March 25th from UCLA but they said mid- to late-March, so it could be earlier than the 25th.

LOL, I remember the year I was trying to get into college. There was a UCLA thread that had this huge ass list of people who got admitted, and I remembered all the people listing all these small details of their stats. I think that thread pretty much exploded once the regent likely letters went out and when the engineering likely letters went out (mid Feb/early March?).

You could start it, but I thought that UCLA usually let decisions out in late March (tries to compete with Cal in the suspense factor).

My question is: what does “DS” mean? Is it supposed to be an ambiguous “daughter/son”? If so, people aren’t doing a good job of keeping the gender secret, because they usually go on to use “he” or “she”, haha XD

No I thought the D stood for “dearest.”
Yeah I don’t understand why parents here always write “D or S, DS” or whatever. Just type out the entire word. You only lose, like a second of your time?
