Every high school senior has that fear of having their college acceptance resent after receiving their new quarter grades. Some of my grades have dropped from A's to B's due to family stuff, and I'm worried that I might be that one person that actually gets their acceptance revoked in june. Does UPenn really do things like this, and if so , how often?

You won’t get rescinded for a few Bs. The only reason they would do it is if you are literally almost failing out or if you get arrested. I think it’s perfectly ok to take it easy (within reason) senior year, do some fun things that you are interested in.
