Havard Medical School?! Help Please!!

<p>Alright, as I'm sure you know, this year was hella tough to get in ANYWHERE. Luckily, I got in a few ivies, but due to current circumstances my parents are forcing me to choose between in state schools, namely USC, UCI, and UCSD. I was pretty upset yesterday.</p>

<p>My ambition is to go to HMS (like 5 million other hopefuls, I know) and stellar academics, MCAT scores, and extracurriculars aside, I know for a fact that they do put some weight on your undergraduate institution. Supposedly, UCSD is in the top five of the nation for biomedical engineering (my major), but is there any single one of those that would be most appealing?? </p>

<p>Has anyone gotten in there that can give me a few tips??</p>

<p>That was sad to hear. But an education is what you make out of it. And if you are good enough to make it into Harvard then I am sure you will do superb things at a great college such as UCSD. Good luck and don’t eat your parents! :D</p>
