So I go to a religious school where on our transcripts it gives a GPA for religious and secular classes separately, and then it gives a total GPA with everything under that. So if my secular and total GPA is a UW 93-94 (which is considered decent for top schools) and my religious GPA is a UW 92, will that hurt me for top schools? (specifically Columbia, Barnard, UPenn)

It won’t have that much of an effect.
