Have I done enough for college with my classes?

So these are my classes throughout highschool:

9th Grade:

Honors Geometry
Honors World History + Microsoft IT
PE + Health
French 2

10th Grade:
AP European History (only AP offered to sophomores at my school)
Honors AlgebraII
Honors Chemistry
Honors English
French 3

11th Grade:
AP Environmental Science
AP Calculus AB
AP Physics 1
AP Language and Composition
AP US History
Orchestra

12th Grade (planned schedule)
AP Calculus BC
AP Computer Science A
AP Literature
AP Government
AP Biology (I would take AP Chem if it was offered)
Orchestra

Taking the Oct SAT.

I got a [4] on the AP Euro exam and I felt really confident about all my AP exams this past year, as well (scores are pending).

My grades have been mostly A’s with a few B’s and one, very unfortunate, B- in AP Physics 1 first semester.

This is a rather demanding schedule. I would suggest taking fewer APs. Other than that, you are doing fine as (i) You get mostly A’s with a few B’s; (ii) You have a good range of schools to apply to, including safeties that you would be happy attending; (iii) You pay attention to your budget in choosing universities to apply to.

What do you want to major in?
Your senior schedule is too heavy. You need to cut something - you want time to sleep, your ECs, and write your applications.

STEM - I’m trying to explore as many science and math classes as possible to see what I want in college. Thanks for the advice!

Is AP physics C offered?
Could you replace either AP gov or Ap lit with the honors version?

The rigor is great. Can you do this without a breakdown or low grades?

I would counsel against too many APs Senior year, and this is why.

In the fall, you are in college application season. You may be taking the SAT again. You may want to visit some more colleges. You have to write college- specific essays (hopefully you already wrote your common app essay over the summer.). You have to fill out your Common App and get recommendations.
Also you may be in marching band or Sports or be a leader of a club. College Apps is like another timesucking EC on top of that.

Then in the spring, you may have senioritis. You are been accepted to college and are looking toward the finish line. You have to study for the AP tests…it will be difficult to study for too many at once.

Stanford U says:
“We expect applicants to pursue a reasonably challenging curriculum, choosing courses from among the most demanding courses available at your school. We ask you to exercise good judgment and to consult with your counselor, teachers and parents as you construct a curriculum that is right for you. Our hope is that your curriculum will inspire you to develop your intellectual passions, not suffer from unnecessary stress. The students who thrive at Stanford are those who are genuinely excited about learning, not necessarily those who take every single AP or IB, Honors or Accelerated class just because it has that designation.”
