My problem is that I got a 3 on both wh and Chem, when I got As in the classes. I got a 4 on Eng Lang, with a b in the class, so I'm not worried to report that one. I got a 5(:D) on ush with an A in the class so I'm not scared to report that one either. I don't want to report the threes because it might reduce
my transcript's credibility and make me seem unqualified for college academics (I know a 3 is still good though). Do any of you know any admits to Stanford or schools o similar caliber that have reported AP scores on the application that are 3 or lower with an A in the course? Thanks!

Cmon guys! Bump

I reported a 4 in USH when I got like a 99? in the class and I reported a 4 on Lang when I got somewhere in the low 90s in the class. Not horrible AP scores, but nothing special. I had 3 5’s and 2 4’s by the time I applied to colleges, so I suppose they didn’t help or hurt me.

I reported a 3 in world history. It’s really not a big deal at all.

Alright, so if I report my 3’s, it won’t disadvantage me in the process, compared to applicants with multiple 5’s? I’m looking to applying to Stanford, UCB, UCD, USC, Georgetown, GWU, and a few more.

Someone with multiple 5’s has a slight advantage in that category whether or not you report your 3’s. If you your transcript reports x AP exams and you list x-4 exam scores, it becomes a little suspicious. A 3 is pretty much neutral as far as helping/hurting. A 1 or 2 could raise questions about how legitimate the course was, but a 3 is probably fine.
