Hi all - long time, no post.
Filing for freshman college kid (will be sophomore in 2020-21)
She received unsub student loan for her freshman year; it was disbursed in fall of 2019 etc.
For the 2021-21 FAFSA, which is drawing on 2018 tax returns, how do we answer this question about receiving student aid? It was a no for 2018. But as of the time of filing, it’s a yes.
I’m sure this has been asked and answered a million times, but FAFSA tips were of no help. I did try to search first; my apologies and thanks very much for any guidance.
