2017 Financial Aid Not Disbursing. FinAid Office is Dead. UCB

So, I’m a transfer student who is supposed to be starting at UCB. I’m currently waiting to hear back from the FinAid office, but I thought I’d try here and see if anybody else also has this issue.

For my Scholarship and Pell Grant, it’s telling me that it is “Not disbursed” and the reasoning for it is that “One or more user edits exist for Student”. Googling reveals no answer to this and, like I said, I’m still trying to get in touch with the financial aid office.

Anyone have this happen to them, or have any idea what that could mean?

Maybe it means that you performed several corrections to your FAFSA?

Did you use the IRS data retrieval tool to import the tax return into the FAFSA?

Whenever you can contact the FA office you need to see if they require any verification paperwork from you.

Did you get any emails from them?

Just call them as soon as you can, and ask about your aid, all we can do is speculate.

I’ve completed any verification paperwork they’ve requested in the upcoming months, I’ve had a lot of time to prepare for this since I haven’t been enrolled for Fall. I am totally still trying to get in touch with the office. I’m just wondering if this is something that anybody else has heard of, since there are no other tasks they have asked me to complete or correspondence about it.
