I haven’t heard back from UC Irvine on my admissions status. I know some individuals who have received admission already. Is it a bad sign that I haven’t heard back yet? The deadline for them to reach back is April 30th, but I can imagine that they might reach out to the students they want first then decline everyone after?

I do not believe that my son received any email notifications from UCI, although he did receive acceptance materials in the mail weeks after his portal status changed.
Yes I have. I am a transfer student so responses are coming in around this time, but i know a lot of individuals who have already received their acceptance. I am worried that this is a bad sign and a clear indication that i won’t be accepted. It says on my admission portal that they will notify me as soon as the decision has been determined. @sddanr
