I honestly have to say that this thread and the various linked articles have given me significant pause. Many suggested Haverford for my S21 and on paper it seems like a great fit, but I would never send him into an environment like the one being described here. And I certainly would not pay for it. I hope the administration can get a handle on this soon.

Interesting thread.
I wish that the Haverford student who wrote the letter referenced in post #29 (could be #28 or #30) had taken more time to refine his work. Although I appreciate the effort and the message, there is just too much jumbled rambling. If the student started his letter to the editor with his paragraph #9, it could have been more effective.
I believe the thread has run its course. The OP has not responded in a whole and the discourse is getting contentious.
