Headaches during practice tests?

So I'm part of this one week practice tests during my break and I constantly get headaches after my first critical reading section... I know it may not seem like a huge difference, but I feel that these headaches hinder my test taking process and ruin my chance of getting a better score.

Is there any thing I can do to prevent these headaches? What do you guys do?
At times, because of these headaches I just want to get over with the section and I end up answering the questions haphazardly.... :/

Gahh so stressful haha -__-

Take breaks and make sure you get enough sleep. That would help a lot. Make sure you’re not sick either.

Getting enough sleep would make a big difference for me. Also, make sure you have enough light where you’re working, and close your eyes for a few seconds whenever they start to feel strained. And think about taking Tylenol or Advil the morning of the real SAT, or bringing something with you to take during a break.
