Hi everyone. I'm taking the SAT tomorrow and I thought it might be a good idea (at least for myself, not everyone agrees) to bring an old practice test and read over it during the breaks they give us during the test. It might help refresh my memory. Will I be allowed to do this? Thanks in advance :)

I don’t think so. The proctors are pretty strict about what happens during breaks.

Also the breaks are 5 minutes long. It’s not enough time to study anything and it’s best that you don’t because it will only add more stress. Just relax today and look out at the sun.

Agree on the part about relaxing, but be careful when looking out at the sun.

Staring directly into the sun for too long might cause PERMANENT BLINDNESS, which will compromise your chances on the remaining parts of the test.

My proctors won’t let people take anything out of the room except for food and drinks. They just shoo everybody out during break time.

Regardless of whether you can or can’t, I wouldn’t recommend it. Give your brain a break. No need to wear it out unnecessarily, especially when you likely won’t be able to get anything substantial out of studying during the break anyway.

Ok, thanks for replying guys @missblackstar @Entric @jkjeremy @Calabala @baktrax
