D received maybe 3 or 4 print copies of the photo that we use for her headshot when it was originally taken. Recently I downloaded the hi-res file and ordered one print from Walgreens photo, and the color was WAY off. Can anyone recommend a reputable, quality on-line photo printer?
I stopped getting prints at Walgreens and target for this reason. The woman who took my daughters headshots who is awesome, & does not want her name attached to poor quality prints lol, suggested mpix and they are awesome! My D’s headshots we got back were great and they have fast turn around. Just google their website.
Perfect, thank you.
Actors Photo Lab does a great job and very affordable.
We used reproductions in NYC. We are able to print the resume on the back.
Are you supposed to have a border with your name on it added to the photo? Will the labs do that too?
@ourturn2 that is generally the case on professional headshots, and the lab will do this for you. Most schools do not require professional headshots for college auditions, but it can be helpful to have the name on the photo in case it is separated from the resume.
Thanks @KatMT I guess it’s just as easy to have the name on there if we are having them printed at a lab anyway so we’ll probably do it.
