<p>Hi, I'm participating in the CARE program this summer. By when are all my health forms suppose to have been sent to FSU for the health insurance? Do I have to send it twice? Once for the summer term and again for the fall? Please Help! :)</p>
<p>My daughter only had to send hers before Care started last summer and hasn’t had to send them again. I’m sure she will have to send them before school starts in August.</p>
