Health / Immunization Requirements?

<p>I think this has been discussed before, but I can't seem to find the thread, so I figure I'd ask just to make sure: </p>

<p>Does McGill have any immunization requirements for new and/or current students? </p>

<p>I'm coming from the US and although they're doing a great job walking me through the immigration process, they don't mention anything about necessary vaccinations and the like. Do they even have any? Current students, what did you guys do for immunizations before attending your first year?</p>

<p>AFAIK, there are no such requirements. Malaria, tropical diseases or SARS have never been a problem in Montreal...</p>

<p>Although McGill has no requirements, you may want to ask your doctor for his/her recommendations re: meningitis and the HPV vaccine.</p>

<p>Chill. Thanks you guys! Yea, my mom's making sure I get the vaccine for meningitis since i'll be in close proximity with everyone else in my rez hall.
