health insurance online waiver

<p>I have my own insurance, so cornell says i need to sign the waiver by aug 31st. i wen tot the website and clicked on the online opt out thing and the waiver is nowhere to be found. it just tells me that the 08-09 waiver deadline was a long time ago, even though that was the link that was given for this year.</p>

<p>where is it, how do i fill it out, somebody send me a link</p>

<p>i tried too, and it told me the same thing. i think that this year’s is just simply not out yet? it said check back at the end of july.</p>

<p>I think the website says that the waiver will be out the last week in July.</p>
