<p>did nyu send out immunization requirements and all those stuff yet? coz my friends' stuff for other colleges were all due and i didn't get anything in the mail yet.</p>
<p>yeah i didnt get anything either, and i realized that my friends who are going to other schools got their health forms like a looong time ago. so i called the nyu uhc office the other day and the lady told me the proof of immunization/health history forms arent due til sept. but some ppl told me otherwise, so idk. bump?</p>
<p>yeah i am confused. you can get the immunization form online, and send them in though. i am not sure about the health history forms, but when i called in, they said it will be mailed. but i think immunization form you need to have the nurse/doctor do it, but health form you can do it by your self/</p>
<p>another question; since i am intl, there is no chance for me to take shots for menangitis. anyone done this shot?</p>
<p>Download both forms from the Web site--they're not mailed to you. The health records one can take some time to have filled out, since you must bring it to your doctor's office. Regarding the shot, my daughter and all of her friends are getting it. You can get it from the health center at NYU, as well.</p>
<p>jhpark, why can't you get the meningitis shot? That's one that colleges are getting pretty bichy about, especially if you're gonna live in a dorm. I already got my shot last year.</p>

<p>I believe that you can get the menigitis shot at the University Health Center.</p>
