Heelp!

Hello! My name is Josue and I just wanted to know what my chances are:
I'm applying to Georgetown, UMich and U Chicago EA. is there an advantage if I do early action?
I will do my act on oct 27 so I'll miss the deadline... Is there a problem with that? or is it just better to wait?
I lived in 3 different countries the last 3 years (3 different high schools) and I speak 5 languages
I'm top ten percent of my class in the US
got more than 700 on 3 sat subject tests
extracurriculars: debate
150 hours for volunteering
right now I'm president of my class in Germany
I had 2 jobs (one in AEO and one in Mcdonalds)
my essay is pretty decent
I failed a class and had some Cs junior year.
years before I was almost all As

I tried to summarise it as much as possible but if there's something I should say, let me know!
thanks!

What is your SAT score? With “some C’s junior year” along with an F, I would say that you have no chance in getting into Georgetown, UMich or UC.

Aim lower.

No SAT score. I think I’ll be able to get a 32 on the ACT

you need to score higher than 32 to be more competitive unless you are great in other areas.

Cs? Then No.

Let me understand. You have not taken the SAT. You will not take the ACT until the very end of October. A date you admit is too late for schools to get the scores for EA.

Exactly how do you expect to apply to any school early action? On top of that you have selected three of the most competitive schools which will each have tens of thousands of completed applications from highly qualified students. You do understand that your application to these schools will be incomplete if you submit without any test scores. Your application will not even be considered for EA.

Am I missing something or are you just making up your own college application rules?
