<p>I am an international student currently enrolled in the gce A - Level program. I have an A in maths and B's in physics and biology and a D in chemistry of the igcse levels. I also have A's in maths and physics in the As levels and a C in chemistry. Other than this, I have a 7.0 band score in IELTS. I am planning to apply for Civil engineering at the university of waterloo. What are my chances to get in?</p>
