<p>on commonapp for my ED to Penn, it says that all my forms have been completed (on whatever date) but the status for application is 'downloaded on 11/02/2010'. does that mean that they only received it on that day, and my application does not count!?</p>

<p>no, as long as you submitted it by november 1, you’re fine. the date downloaded is just the date that the school downloaded it for their files.</p>

<p>RELAX. The due date was NOVEMBER FIRST at midnight. They wouldn’t be downloading forms at 12:00 AM last night, now would they? Moreover, even if they were, it would still be counted as November 2nd on “date downloaded” as the midnight on is considered the “next day”. You aren’t thinking clearly, don’t stress.</p>
