Help a journalism major

Hi. I'll just run through the story really quickly. In high school I was a very good student (valedictorian in a class that was originally about 500 but might've dropped slight below 400 for graduation). However, I was a much better in math than most other subject, although I showed interest in government. Anyways, for whatever reason, I decided I wanted to do something in the field of broadcasting, and went to Ithaca College, which has a very good journalism program. Recently, I decided that I didn't really want to be a journalism major. However, journalism is a fine degree for law school and would improve my writing skils. Well recently, my preference for numbers over writing has caught up to me. I'm considering transfering schools to major in business. Ithaca's business program is not very good and isn't a viable option, in my opinion. I haven't necessarily decided against law school, but I feel this would give me an opportunity to get into a top flight law or business school instead of just limiting myself to law school. However, Ithaca doesn't require Gen-Ed courses. I did pass my language requirement, took a general writing classes, have three economic classes, a history class, a politics course, and a high school calc class that was accredited through a local college. However, I have 0 business classes and 0 science classes. I have also yet to take a statistics course. I had a 3.8+ GPA 1st semester, 3.7+ last semester (with a 3.775 cumulative for my first year), and this semester thanks to me being stupid and late to class, I had a professor drop one of my final grades by 2.5% which dropped me from an A- to a B+. I still have two grades out and am projecting a GPA above 3.5 and below 3.7, although if things went really badly, I could be below 3.5, I guess. However, I'm not expecting that. I should hopefully still be looking at a cumulative GPA above 3.7 after this semester. And I'm anticipating bouncing back next semester, even though that probably doesn't have an affect since I should hear back before my grades are released. (I was kind of dumb this semester and took three journalism courses this semester which was not a good idea, plus one of my two nonjournalism courses was lifeguarding which was pass/fail, instead of having an easy course that pulls my gpa up). If I did transfer, I think I'd like to go to UNC, UVA, IU or UM. Penn would be nice too, but I think that might be unrealistic at this point (and the others might be too since my classes up to this point don't really support a business degree). I had a 1380 on my SATs, which I consider good but not great. The other thing is money. My parents are paying for my school, and while Ithaca College is approximately $33,000, I'm getting almost $14,000 from an academic scholarship, and another $1,500 in low-interest loan. And I'm kind of afraid to raise the costs on my parents, since they'd probably be paying for grad school (definitely law school, maybe not if I went for my MBA if I went to work first, which I probably would). I'm not even sure what I'm asking. I guess I want to know (1)if I could get into these schools with my background? (2) if I could still get any academic scholarships as a transfer student?

Also for activities... In high school, I was on the varsity soccer, swimming, and track and field teams. I also played on a club soccer team and a club swimming team. I swam YMCA nationals. I was also a member of NHS.

In College, I've been involved in numerous activies with the radio and televison stations. I'm also the new Vice Chair of On Campus Affairs of the Ithaca College Republicans after one semester in that group. And I might be joining the debate team this semester. And also, I'm working on founding and editing a conservative newspaper, which is a huge undertaking considering the liberal slant at Ithaca College.

Here's an extended resume, I'd probably leave off some of the smaller things since I know some schools make you limit the length of resumes for applications:
