Help a Sophmore (Future Junior) HS Out

Hey guys, I always wanted to go to Columbia since I was a kid... So if you guys can help me out with my chances and all (Rather than going to a section of the forum where the people may have no experiences with college whatsoever, why not go to the section where there are people who are already accepted into the University?), that would be awesome!

Asian / NJ

Thanks guys!

I don’t know if this helps or not, but:
Both my parents graduated from Seoul National University (#1 in S.Korea)
My Grandpa graduated from Columbia

I’m no expert, but I think you’re forcing it. Try to do things that you’re good at and are meaningful to you. Don’t just do them so you’ll have more ECs on your application. Also, don’t say that you’re Asian.

How can you predict you’re going to get a perfect 4 for the next two years when you’ve failed to do so in your first two? And you ‘predicted’ your SATs and AP scores? Get out of here man. It’s too early.

You cannot “predict” your future GPA. Just keep earning excellent grades and do well on your tests and then come back when you’re going to be a senior.

And, please spell sophomore right. You had nine months to learn to spell it.
