Help an international out, what are the dorms like?

<p>I am a Chinese student going to America this year and was wondering about the dorms.</p>

<p>What do they look like? Are the bathrooms public? or are they individual for each room? Are the dorms suites? or are they just individual rooms? The typical size of each dorm is 2 people per room?</p>

<p>I’ve stayed in/seen the dorms a few times, all of the bathrooms I’ve seen are public bathrooms with toilet and shower stalls so you do get some privacy. I think that many rooms are meant for 2 but I think there are triples as well.</p>

<p>:) I am excited to go to MSU. But I cannot find anything the online about the MSU dorms types photos. could you find some websites that about the dorms photos?</p>

<p>These are from a contest they are having for the best dorm or something. I don’t live on campus so I don’t know. </p>

<p>What you get depends on what dorm you are in. I lived in Wilson hall which had private bathrooms you shared with 2-3 other people (suite style) but there are also dorms with common bathrooms.</p>

<p>The rooms are kind of small. You normally have one roommate with you but you can pay for a single room.</p>

<p>Wilson is kind of far from the Business building. Shaw, Owen, and McDonald are closest to the business building.</p>

<p>I dont think so, I am also a international student going to MSU next fall and searched for business-like jobs and I didnt find any.</p>
