Ok, so I'm starting to look at colleges and deciding what I want to major in. Communications/Rhetoric so I was thinking of taking it as a minor(or double major) while mixing it with something that I could market myself in the field of business. The ones that stood out to me was Marketing or Public Relations (even though thats not in the business school). But I've heard so many differing opinions on the subject of practical business degrees it's ridiculous. I've heard that almost any degree in the realm of business is a good choice. And I've also heard that accounting and finance is the only good decision for people that aren't Top 25 or Ivy Leaguers.

Other degree options I was considering: International Business(with language) with Marketing, Marketing or Public relations double majoring with a foreign language.

If anyone knows a practical path for people who want to do communication/rhetoric major please lend some advice it would be much appreciated. Thanks for the help.
