Help chance for the viterbi school of Engineering Thanks a lot!!!

Hi guys:
The following will be my basic background.
TOEFL:99 (23/30/22/24); ACT: 29(27/34/23/32) IB:36/42 (higher level:math, physics and chemistry) or 38/45
The most difficult subjects that our school provides.
Honors: Top Scholar Reward (Grade 10)
World Top 25% Euclid Mathematics Contest (Grade 11)
I know my standard test scores are not strong enough and my IB scores can be better with easier subjects.
Intended major: undeclared engineering(viterbi)

I really did a lot with the activities and attended many clubs about engineering. I also had an intern in a lab working with
language R of computer. (Sorry for not listing them out.)

BTW I got an A and GPA4.0 for the summer program at USC discover engineering and the professor is willing to write a
recommendation letter for me.

I really want to enter USC viterbi school of engineering(My dream). Can anyone chance for me or give me any advice?
I will truly appreciate for any kind of help!!!THX!!!
other school thinking about: UIUC, UCSD, UT Austin,

I am no expert, but know a few kids who have gotten in to Viterbi in the past few years. Aside from stats - which are obviously important but relatively hard to move much (obviously, just do the best you can) - it appears to me that Viterbi and USC in general really respond to demonstrated interest. I would do a lot of outreach - start to develop relationships with whatever Viterbi reps you can. From what I’ve seen USC especially wants students that seem to want them as well. (which is not unique to SC, obviously)

And i would make sure to apply by December 1st. USC doesn’t have EA or ED but you have to apply by Dec 1 to be eligible for merit money and it appears to me that USC looks more favorably on applications that arrive by that deadline. I would advise you to start the app early, find out what the early deadline is and get in well before the early deadline. (I think it’s Dec. 1)

Good luck!
