Help choosing a college ME Fall 2022

Hi,
Admitted to below schools and trying to decide one. In state California. Not qualified for financial aid. Haven’t visited any yet but planning to visit within next weeks.

  1. Oregon State University- Mechanical Engineering.
attended virtually. Very interested but not sure how it will be after in person visit. Interested in their MECOP internships and overall school. Didn’t get WUE but received 8K provost scholarship. Tuition, room and board balance about 42K

  2. San Diego State University- pre Mechanical Engineering
How hard is it to get qualified to ME major? Website says minimum 2.7 gpa is required.
    Least cost about 32K

  3. UC Riverside- Mechanical Engineering BS+MS
Prefer cooler weather so location is not preferred.
    About 35K

  4. Cal poly Pomona- wait listed

Any advice you can give to narrow down a college is greatly appreciated. Cost is a concern but more importantly a place where students collaborate and support is desirable.
Interested in robotics, 3D printing, photography, driving , clubs and activities especially SAE

Do all have SAE? My son’s college has ecoCAR.

If that’s important - you should go there.

All three will be fine…so it’s up to you.
