Hi there! I know that SDSU receives an enormous amount of applicants and had the most yet this year, but i was wondering if anyone knew the stats of how many people actually accepted the offer of admission for this fall? I know its a seperate issue, but it seems a lot of my classmates have been getting off the waitlist this year to CSU’s and UC’s. I’m gonna be a freshman and i desperately want to go to SDSU and am just trying to figure out if they’re even going to accept people off the waitlist, and then look at appeals, including mine. I know appeals are only for special circumstances, for which i definitely qualify. I am majoring in anthropology. ANY INFO YOU HAVE ON APPEALS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED
I’d suggest you presume you didn’t get in and plan accordingly. The wait list game can go on well into the summer, you mat have to wait until late July to hear one way or another. In the meantime, all the prime courses and housing are being snapped up at other campuses.
Commit your money and your heard elsewhere - evaluate their offer if it comes. (frequently, housing is a challenge)
Good luck.
