Help!!!! I am really confused by Collegeboard

Hello,

In May I will do my first SAT I. Therefore I have apply by mail. I received a few weeks later the confirmation letter by ETS Europe.
The deadline of the SAT in June is 29 april, this time I want apply trough internet instead of mail. So I needed the registration number on the admission ticket of May , that I didn't received yet. So I wrote collegeboard a email saying that I needed the registration number.
Yesterday I received the registration number from collegeboard, but they also wrote that my application wasn't complete I needed to contact them, whil ETS Europe said everything was fine.
Also when I tried to fill in my registration number on the website of Collegeboard,
the site answered that:

We're sorry, our records indicate that you've already created an SAT Registration profile. You must use your original user name and password to access your records, in order to protect the security of your SAT information and scores.

I am really confused now can anyone advice me what to do???

I have just tried it again and now it say
We're sorry, but you cannot access My SAT.

The information you entered for 'Previous Registration Number' and/or 'Date Previously Tested' does not match your account information. Please call 609-771-7600 for assistance.

Any good advices?

I've always found that creating a CB account and registering online is the simplist way to do things... Try that.

:)

Well, unfortunately, an overseas phone call seems to be in your future... If you can, give them a ring monday during their business hours. You will probably find that the first person you talk to will be clueless. Ask for their supervisor, take down the names of everyone you talk to, etc.

You could also contact ETS Europe and get them to figure it out for you...they should be able to get the right person on the phone immediately.

Good luck. ETS can be a real pain in the #^$ to deal with.

Dude, don't worry. If you just show up on the test day, you will probably be able to write it. It's called standby testing. I've done it before.

I have 2 collegeboard accounts can anyone tell me how I can find out which one i the original account?
