Help! I don't know what to do with my life--PT/OT or neuroscience

Current undergraduate student planning to take the GRE this summer and apply to grad schools in the fall. The ultimate goal is to work with children with disabilities. At this point it doesn’t matter the career. Planning to apply to all three types of schools, probably 3-4 in each program, is that too small of a number? I am worried I won’t get into any schools. I have A LOT of experience with kids and adults with disabilities, worked as PCA, summer counselor, coach, PT observation hours, OT observation hours, and currently working to get an internship in a neurology department at a local hospital that is conducting research. Pre-req GPA for PT schools is a 3.0-3.2 depending on pre-reqs for specific school (will be hardest to get into a PT school), Pre-req GPA for OT schools is a 3.2-3.5 depending again on pre-reqs. Neuroscience–receiving a bachelors in exercise science and a minor in psychology. Will probably end with a 3.4 cumulative GPA and around a 3.2-3.4 major GPA. I know this is all on the low end so I am just a tiny worried except that I am hardworking in that I manage 2 jobs, a sport, school, and volunteer work and am super outgoing (the personality type needed to work in therapy settings.) I also know what it is like to be a patient…which is very helpful to treating patients. Is it worth it to apply to all three types of schools solely because I don’t care the career I just want to make a difference in preferably children’s lives but adults as well?? And what are the chances I get in??? I come from a poor family so it also ultimately comes down to financial reasons as well.

also do not have below a B- in any of my courses, and planning to re-take one of the courses to get a B- off of my transcript.
