Help, I'm wallowing in a puddle of self-doubt. Which ACT scores to send?

Hey Y'all,

So let me just lay it on the line first. I've taken the ACT three times- once in the June of my sophomore year and twice this fall as a senior. I was an exchange student my junior year so I didn't get the chance to take it then. I have really strong extracurriculars, essay, and letters of rec with a 4.2 GPA unweighted but my test scores are easily my weakest area. Anywhoo, here are my scores:

June- HC: 28 E: 34 M: 25 R: 30 S: 22 Writing: 8, E/W: 31

Sep - HC: 29 E: 32 M: 26 R: 31 S: 25 Writing: 8, E/W: 29

Oct - HC: 28 E: 27 (goddamnit) M: 26 R: 34 S: 26 Writing: 8, E/W: 26 (eek)

So basically my highest was a 29 and my superscore is a 30. I'm applying to a lot of schools with the highest reach being Brown and with a little bit of Vassar and Welseyan thrown in completed with a lot of safeties where I'll just send my highest composite. I have a weird situation because my scores are all over the place but I want colleges to see my highest subscores.

Will it hurt my chances to send my June test score to places like Brown and Vassar with such a low science score? Will it help for them to see my improvement when I got 4 points higher in October? I want to send all my scores but I guess I'm just looking for advice to see if my low subject scores will hurt my chances even if I send in scores higher in other test dates. And I have no idea what went wrong in English my last time taking it, pretty bummed about that. But dat reading do' ;)

Please help! Any advice or feedback in much appreciated

Send the highest composite score. If the schools superscore, send the ones that give you the highest composite score.
