help in selecting colleges?

I'm currently a Junior... I've looked at a couple of colleges and so far I've really liked Chapman and Loyola Marymount LA. Basically I like small-ish schools (about 5000). I'm interested in International Relations... but thats definitly not set in concrete. I live in NorCal and I want a school in SoCal, the Pacific Northwest or the East Coast (basically not the South/Midwest)
