<p>I realized like a week ago that we need something that shows that my dad has paid taxes in virginia on the income that he receives from his employer. Can i just fax a letter from the employer that states my dad has been working since whenever and has paid taxes in virginia? Or do i need a copy of a couple of pay stubs? I asked my dad to get a copy of the pay stubs and right now everyone is on christmas vacation so i wont be able to fax them until they send them to us, which could be a little after Jan 1st. If i fax them after Jan 1st would that mess up my application for instate status?</p>
<p>Doesn’t the form provide detail about what the Office of Virginia Status expects? If not, call them on Tuesday morning (just call our office and we’ll transfer you).</p>
