In total I have a 780 on Bio, 770 on Chem, and 740 on lit…are these scores all competitive for EA? I’m done with my application and already sent me scores, I’m just freaking out about lit. Especially because I would just have 2 good science scores and nothing else in other subjects…
You’re overreacting. Yale says (without any hint of “wink wink”) that you can send SAT2 scores if they will enhance your application. You’re free to not send them.

There is a lot of FUD in these parts at this time of year, and I shouldn’t have assumed that you were spreading it. You might just have internalized it.
I can promise you that your SAT II scores will not be the reason that you are accepted or rejected by Yale. Good luck!
