Help me decide on major/ minors

So I am currently a freshman in an engineering college and I’m having trouble on deciding what I want to major and minor in. I have enough credits where I could relatively easily get 2 minors along with my major.

Majors I am debating on:
Environmental Engineering
Mechanical Engineering

Very interested in both of these and the class requirements. I want to do something to help the environment, but I am not sure exactly what yet. In the future, I hope to have a job where everyday is different (working in office, doing manufacturing, and working in the field).

Minors:
Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (I have just recently started coding, I don’t love enough to major but I would love to take a few more classes that involve coding; I know electrical engineering isn’t really a lot of coding, but I think it could be cool and useful if I want to do something with renewable engineering)
Climate Science and Engineering or Environmental Engineering or Sustainable Engineering (I want to take some classes that have to do with the environment and focus on climate and atmosphere)
Maybe: Math (love math, what does a math minor do for me?), Entrepreneurship (I am kind of interested in business and economics and think this could help me in future and would love some of these classes)

I know I am debating a lot of different minors. I am very indecisive haha.

Just know that the minor isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. No employer cares if you have a minor. They care what classes you take. Any class you take to get the minor for the paper that you didn’t want to take, is a waste. It crowds out depth in your major. Most would say go deeper in your major and take a few extra courses that you’re interested in rather than spreading your coursework so broadly, you really aren’t focused, and this competent, in anything.

" I want to do something to help the environment " - You can do that as a mechanical engineer. Wind energy is just one example … found this link via google: https://www.energy.gov/eere/wind/career-map-mechanical-engineer

I’ll second what eyemgh says. When I was reviewing college applicants I’d ask for a college transcript. I didn’t care what the title of the degree said, only what classes were taken and the grades in the STEM related classes.

Thank you all for your replies! I will try to not focus so much on title and only on the class content! Now if I could only figure out what classes I want to take… haha
