If there’s time and you don’t mind New England, I also think Tufts is a great pick. The subway to Boston goes right to campus and it’s just a few miles to Harvard Square. I’m a grad. Poli-sci is a real strength and they have a bit of a Big Bang goofball side. Greek life is not huge but social life and school spirit there is lively and the pre-med and pre-engineers don’t outnumber the LAs kids as much as at Emory. My daughter choose Emory over Tulane but we both loved Tulane too and NOLO is really fun. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of these. Good luck!
If it’s Political Science, then Chicago, Tufts, and WashU are your logical choices. For Physics Chicago is the better choice.
