Help me find safety/match schools!

Hello! I am a rising senior applying for college for the fall 2021 school year. As I look at my list of schools, I am worried I do not have enough safety or match options. Could you please help me find schools that are similar to those that I have listed? This list is long. I do not intend to apply to every school on here, but as I am researching most of these fit the criteria that I would like in a school.

Budget?

Budget is fortunately a non factor as my grandmother has a fund to fully pay for all of her grandchildren’s college

If your grandmother can safely shell out $80k each year for 4 years, then you don’t need to worry about financial issues. Ask your guidance counselor to give you a list of places that have never rejected an applicant from your high school who had your stats. That will help you start to find some very safe options. For your true safeties, you need places that have automatic admission for your stats. There will be quite a few for a 4.0 GPA and 31 ACT.
