Help me in choosing a community college

Hello everyone. My name is Kagraman (shortly Craig). I am from Europe and in June I will graduate from high school. In 2012 I took the SAT and TOEFL tests. I had good scores. This year I have applied to several US universities for Computer Science major and I am already accepted to one of them. Still, I feel that tuition fees in US universities are very high, especially for non-residents. So, I decided to also apply to community colleges.

I need a community college which offers
1) Housing (unfortunately most of cc-es offering housing are in small towns, but I want to live in a bigger city to work and get residency).
2) Community colleges which use SAT scores for exemption from placement test and colleges which do not require foreign transcript evaluation. (this part is optional)

So, if someone can advise me a good community college where I can live and then transfer out to a 4-year university I am ready to read your responces.

In most cases, the community college to four year school transfer route is most commonly done with same state public universities as the four year schools.

So consider which four year public universities you are interested in and which you can afford the non-resident cost of attendance. Then check which community colleges (usually in the same states, often in locations nearby to the universities) have the courses that match up best to those needed by the CS degree programs at those universities.

Thank you for your response. Yes, I know that. For example I applied to Louisiana State University which is located in Baton Rouge, LA. And I want to apply to Baton Rouge Community College. But as I mentioned, I would like to have on-campus housing.
So that’s why I would like to hear some suggestions from people who have lived in community college dormitories.
