help me in selecting university

Hi everyone, I am international student

I got admit for MS in electrical engineering from the following universitites
1.SUNY buffalo
2.SUNY binghamton
3.illinois institute of technology

Please help me in deciding a university based on all factors and availalbility of oncampus jobs

Thanks in advance

Why don’t you start out by tellling us what these factors are.

oncampus jobs, cost of living, chances of getting a job after graduation, coursework and things lik that  being an international student, cost of studyin is a major factor so i want to know which university will be the worthiest for the money i spend

You can find cost of living by googling cost of living index and it to an international or another US city.
You haven’t told us what your offers look like. Are you unfunded at all 3?
Honestly, if you’re going to grad school, the least you can do is find this info by looking at their websites, instead of having people spoonfeed you info. The majority of these people, I presume, on these boards will not know what the EE departments at those 3 schools are like and would turn to google to find the answer, which is something you can do.

On campus jobs are available. They are competitive but if you have skills from your undergraduate degree or some work experience, you will have an advatage.

One plus of IIT is that it is right in Chicago which is a major city and there are a significant number of jobs in the area. IIT is well-known in the region and our graduates do well in the job market.

yes, i am unfunded at all the 3

I’d probably eliminate Binghamton. Program somewhat weaker than Buffalo and city has seen better times. Buffalo is not a bad city but you have to be ready for a very long winter and snow measured in feet not inches. IIT offers advantage of location in the heart of a great city drawing off many more local job opportunities. Cost of living in Chicago certainly higher than very inexpensive Buffalo, but surprisingly reasonable for what it offers. Substantially less expensive than places like NY, LA, SF, Boston.
