HELP ME (Int'l Student)

I have a serious problem. Its pretty simple though : I don't know where to apply

Here is a list of what i am looking for.
-US Univ. If in Georgia - good. If not, then where the heck will I stay. (this is another question : I've heard that accommodation in America is really expensive. True? Then how do the others live?)

-Financial Aid for me. This is very Important. I'm looking for something around 80-100% scholarship. (yet another sub-question: if i do not get the scholarship i am looking for then, can we earn money to pay? how much money can i earn? I mean, be realistic, i m not very diligent)

-Engineering Schools Only.

Now I am a Pakistani Student. So i don't really know how to calculate my GPA or equivalent. I am doing GCE A' Levels. I got 6 A's and 2 B's in my GCE O'Levels. I'll be taking SAT I this October. and I think, I'll score somewhere around 2000.

Its My First Thread!!!

Websites to look at:

Go to CC's financial aid board, and read the threads pinned to the top about financial aid.

Take the time to review the financial aid websites of any colleges you're considering applying to. That will let you know your chances of getting financial aid.

Most U.S. colleges don't give financial aid to international students. The colleges that do often don't meet 100% of students' demonstrated need. In addition the colleges offering aid to internationals are some of the most difficult ones in the U.S. to gain entrance to, and typically have even higher standards for internationals.
