So here's the deal, guys. I've toured a few schools, and the three I think I like best are Ole Miss, Mississippi State, and University of Alabama. As far as I can tell, they're all great, and as a result I'm having a difficult time making anything resembling a decision. Campus life, scholarships, and academics are all going to play a role in my decision, so if you've attended any of these schools and may have a similar outlook/situation as me I'd love to hear from you.

I'm fairly athletic, and I'd love a campus with good fitness centers and intramurals. Also, healthy food options on campus are a plus, although I'm not expecting anything spectacular. I'm not particularly conservative, but I'm not extremely liberal either. I would like for there to be decent church groups, and for the churches in the community to have good college outreach programs. As far as scored go, I made a 33 on the ACT and have a 4.65 GPA, and may be in the running for national merit semi finalist or finalist status. I'm somewhere between preppy and hipster probably, but not southern prep as much as more classically preppy. But hey, there's some southern prep in there too. Honestly, I'm pretty average in most regards aside from academics, and I guess I'm just looking for the classic college experience. I'd be part of the honors college at wherever I attend, so if you have experience with that at any of these schools is love to hear about what it was like for you. Also: I'm an out of state student for all of these, so if you could estimate the financial side of this with that in mind it would be great. This is kind of a loaded post, sorry, and thanks for taking the time to read!
