I am a sophomore from India and really need your help. I aspire to get into a great college (e.g. Stanford). I have no ECs yet and please recommend some ECs that would truly make me stand out.

giving you EC’s is almost certainly not going to help. Wrong mindset. If you want interesting EC’s, find things that you like to do and try to be the best in that specific field.
@Anon8865322 - Stanford accepts fewer students than almost any other school in the country. There are many “great colleges” for strong students if you have the depth to look beyond the name.
