Help me say yes!

Greetings! I have a (silly?) question:

On the Princeton admitted students website, I have informed Princeton that Yes! I will be attending Princeton next year!

...do I have to do anything else? I have heard vague references to the process of "signing" and lots of paperwork. While I don't relish forms, I would rather fill them out in this case.

Could someone please inform me of how to inform Princeton that that is where I wish to go, and surrender my place at other schools?

Many thanks.

Was there a deposit involved?

Ah…not yet. I have not submitted a deposit. Do I need to?

If you submitted your “yes” on the admitted students’ website, then you are registered. If it makes you feel any better, call admissions and confirm! They are amazingly friendly and helpful and will not make you feel badly about your question.

Princeton does not require an initial deposit upon your acceptance. You will receive a mountain of matriculation forms that must be completed over the summer, some with differing due dates. Get ready to type! And welcome to the Tiger family!
