For economics, some of the schools in these analyses may be suitable for you (from IDEAS, available online): “Economics Departments at Liberal Arts Colleges,” “US Economics Departments.” Many, but not all, of the higher-rated departments are at highly selective schools.

Have you taken sciences? Many US colleges will have expected you to have if they were available. Your math should extend at least through precalculus.

Your grade averages will have to be placed in context. By US standards, they would be considered on the low side for the most selective colleges (but generally fine outside of this group).

Your SAT scores are very strong, and suitable for many schools, excepting a few of the most highly selective ones.

As a suggestion, go through the above analyses and identify the schools where you would be average or above by your SAT scores (chances of admission are often not great for internationals with financial need unless they are above average), then research their financial aid policies to see if they are accommodating to international students. Generally, liberal arts colleges and some private universities can be the most generous.
