Help me with diverse colleges!!

I always wanted to go to diverse college because I live in Massachusetts there aren't many diverse colleges. I am a black male and I love the city scene and urban feel that why I wanted to go to UMass Boston but the thing is its a commuter school and I really want to dorm and stay away from my parents. Like I want a decent sized college with a pretty decent amount of diversity/blacks. I REALLY REALLY wanted to go to Georgia state university but the tuition is sooo high plus I really like the male to male scene.. But please help, low tuition too & big city type ty

Please read <a href=“Before you ask which colleges to apply to, please consider - College Search & Selection - College Confidential Forums”>http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/college-search-selection/1621234-before-you-ask-which-colleges-to-apply-to-please-consider-p1.html</a> . People can help you better if you specified your cost constraints and academic parameters.

Thank you! I just wanted to keep it general though !

Georgia State is a commuter school. Is Morehouse something that you would consider…urban, all male school? I am not familiar with their financial aid but I would assume they have a net price calculator on their website.

@GA2012MOM‌ I like unisex! Wait so theirs not much dorm life in GSU??

Ga State is not a campus per se, just buildings downtown on the sketchy side. There is university housing in some dorms, about a 10 minute walk to the campus…but you couldn’t pay me to live in that area, and I def wouldn’t walk in that area after dark.
