Help me with my safety, match, and reach schools...

School Stats: I'm currently a junior. I have a 3.9 (4.0 scale) GPA.
I'm number 2 in my class (really close to number 1 and I'm working hard to get there.) I am taking almost every AP and literally every honors course my school has and a few dual enrollment courses.

SAT/ACT: So far I've taken the SAT one time with a Critical Reading score of 690, a Math score of 730, and a Writing score of 680; I plan on taking it two or 3 more times to get a higher score. I plan on taking SAT subject tests in Math, Biology, and either World History or Spanish. I haven't taken the ACT yet but I plan to this year.

Extra Curricular: I've been involved in student council throughout high school (and on the homecoming, teacher/staff appreciation, announcement, and community service committee's), I volunteer regularly at the local Children's Shelter, I intern at a surgeon's office, I am a part of the Mayor's Service board, I take singing lessons through a college, I perform in my community theater, I've been on mission trips, I have had multiple leadership positions in my church, and I've been published in a national Christian magazine 3 times.

The Schools on my list are:
Wake Forest, Duke, Vanderbilt, Swarthmore, Penn, Washington U in St. Louis, Princeton, Cornell, Colgate, Rice, Yale, Furman, Clemson Honors College, University of South Carolina Honors, UVA, Georgetown, Williams, Amherst, Dartmouth, Davidson, William and Mary, Lafayette, Harvard, and Sewanee.

So which should be my safety, match, and reach schools...and are there any I should add?

Base off information given, excluding the ivy leagues I think you have a good or decent chance at most universities on your list. Just keep trying to raise your GPA, standard test score, course rigour etc… and you should be able to have a very good chance of admission to at least 30% of schools on your list.
