I'm just getting out all of my required courses for my major, and Math Models was just a guaranteed A without me having to show up to class. On ratemyprofessor, every class I chosen said I can definitely make an A if I try. But I was thinking, should I switch out Math Models and take Microeconomics the same year as Macro? Will I be overloading? Or is the fact that I have Theater and Music pretty much cancelling the overload out.

And I already took PreCalculus, so Math Models was like a class I wouldn't even have to show up to and I would still get an A.

Lastly, I need higher than a 3.2 GPA next semester (I would be suprised if I didn't get a 4.0)

I think your schedule is just fine. I wouldn’t recommend taking microeconomics and macroeconomics together; you’ll overwhelm yourself. Then again, I’m not an econ or business-related student.

I was really feeling guilty for taking Math models just as a GPA booster. Felt like a total waste of money, so I dropped it for History. Keep in mind that every class on the list, ratemyprofessor says the professor is an easy A. Even though it’s an easy A, am I overdoing it? I know all the classes look like easy classes, but I’m just afraid it’s too many. I have to take 18 credits this semester though because of the program I am in.

History of U.S. #1

If you’re not a music or theater person, don’t underestimate those classes as easy As. They’re going to require effort. At my school, music appreciation is basically rudimentary music theory, and a lot of students withdraw from it because they find themselves failing. Same for theater. I don’t know what you mean by just “theater,” but assuming it’s something like foundations of theater, there’s a lot involved in it.

I’m not saying music or theater is an easy course (And yes it’s Basic Theater. Don’t feel like looking up the name). I’m just saying that all the courses I chose have easy professors. I spent quite a while looking at ratemyprofessor.com to find a good professor for each subject. And I promise you, I saw plenty of students who said Music or Theater was a hard class because of the professor they chose. My bad for the improper choice of wording I used to describe theater/music. :/

Also, ratemyprofessor is for the teacher, but they also show the classes they teach. Posters usually have a strong opinion about the teacher, either hated alot or loved, try and get options from people you know
